City Planners

We started planning a city on graph paper to later build using our inch paper.
Getting it all built to scale.
Putting it together sometimes caused some problems.
They liked putting it all together.
Ready for the city planner, Joe Hurst to come and see us!
They shared their proposed city plans.
He stayed to describe his job and also answer questions. It was a ball!! Can't wait to do it next year.

Research Reports

These kids were ready to share their research reports with the class over the American Revolution unit. So proud of them!!!

Circuit Time

They love building circuits every year. We build simple circuits and parallel circuits. So much fun!

An Attitude of Gratitude

When we came back from Christmas break, we began our Gratitude Journals. These kids will remember this for a very long time. They grew in their thankfulness, I really believe. To celebrate, we chose our favorite thing we were most thankful for and shared. It was  very powerful.
